In March 2007, Normed was pleased to announce that Coli Schiffahrt & Transport GmbH & Co. KG has been appointed as their agency for Hamburg.
In August 2008 Normed appointed Coli Shipping & Transport b.v. Rotterdam as their agency for the Netherlands.
Normed’s professional handling and transportation in various goodsand materials include : - Project/General Cargo - Steel Products - Shipper’s Owned Containers - Paper & Forest Products - Palletised and Unit Cargo
In addition to 3-5 sailings a month, complementary services such as storage facilities, pier services, door to door logistics, forwarding & brokering are all handled by an experienced team within Normed or their subsidiaries.
With the constant desire to tackle new challenges, to broaden their horizon and to meet rising customer demands, Normed has embarked on a newbuilding program in order to expand their modern fleet beside the charter tonnage.
In 2006 a new chapter started for Normed with deliveries of these newbuildings which are all multipurpose tweendeckers of 10.500 tdwat sailing under EU flag. The vessels have a length of 129.30 m, a width of 19.00 meters and a draft of 11.65 m.They are equipped with two 60-tons-Liebherr cranes, combinable to 120 tons.

Established in the Netherlands in 1993, Normed started its early activities by building a regular liner service from Hamburg, Bremen, Rotterdam and Antwerp to Turkey - including Istanbul, Gemlik, Rota, Diliskelesi, Derince and other ports in the Mediterranean Sea.
