57.000 tons pipes for NORD STREAM II Project

In November MV"Fensfjord" delivered the final lot of totally 16 full and complete ship loads

of pipes to the Finnish port of Kotka for the NORD STREAM II PROJECT. In total approximately

57.000 tons of 48" pipes were shipped from the port of Bremen, Germany between August

and November 2010 for and on behalf of the German pipe manufacturer EUROPIPE, the

main supplier of large-diameter pipes for both parallel lines of the NORD STREAM Project.

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This portion was awarded to CBC Consolidated Bulk Carriers GmbH, Bremen who

belongs to the COLI Group. The cargo was shipped in close co-operation with

Wagenborg Shipping. In a team-up with COLI Bremen as port agents at the load

port all 16 shipments went smoothly and perfectly well in time - and arrived at its

destination safely and in good condition, and most important to the utmost

In August the one millionth ton of cargo for the NORD STREAM PROJECT was loaded

ceremoniously on board of Wagenborg's MV"Altena" which was celebrated with all parties

involved.
